Dr. Boyd, I am unable to find any information about the Ruc people, other than they are gatherers and the Government of Vietnam has tried relocating them multiple times. I have tried Wikipedia and around 7 other sites; they all have the same information. I am sorry, but I will not be able to write a 2 page essay on the Ruc population due to lack of information.
