Anger Management

We've all felt it before, anger. It is a fact of everyday life, whether you lost your luggage at the airport or if you've been picked on for a long time. Ussually when we feel anger we have fantasies of revenge against the wrong do-er in our head. However, this can escalate from fantasy to reality. There are certain ways in which we may avoid these realities. For instance, if you feel like your about to lose it take a short while for yourself to calm down. Once that is done attempt to find out why you are angry. once you figure that out find strategies in which you may deal with this anger. One method could be to take a short walk in the park or on a tredmil. One important thing we must remember is to accept anger as a fact of life and not try to bottle it up, otherwise it can turn into depression.

I think anger is a healthy emotion for everybody so we have to make suer we're not underdoing it, but we do not want to overdo it either. It's sort of like a moderation thing, such as alcohol.
