In this article a man talks about how there are many people who tend to get shy, and there are. He believes that there is no reason of being shy when there are ways to not be. Shyness takes time and effort to get away. But there are many different ways of how to make that shyness go away with confedence and strenght. First tip is to Dress with style,many people when they dress thensleves good they feel good and more confident and want to talk to more people. Second tip is to breathe, breathing will help alot and help you not faint and or become more stressed and most shy people get tence and breath less. The third step is moving around, when you move aroundit gives you more energy and motivates you into a better mood. The fourth tip is to compliment yourself, when u compliment yourself it gives you more strength and makes you feel good. The fifth tip is to let go of perfectionism, being perfect is not everything and especially not everyone and thats what makes people stress most. The last tip is to take risks, taking risks gives you the belief that you can do everything and you can. I believe this article will help everyone in the world whos shy become less shy.
