Food that helps the brain
There are so many foods and vitamins out there that help the brain and very few people
know about them. Foods with vitamins C and E like dark leafy greens helps reduce
brain cell damage. Foods rich with Omega 3 fatty acids also help with reducing brain
cell damage and help keep your brain from ageing. Foods that have these is fish. Just by
eating these you can keep your brain up and running.
